How long does the setup process take? The timeframe depends on the level of customisation required, but most setups are completed within 10-14 business days (from signing of contract and payment). If you need a faster turnaround, let’s discuss your timeline during our call.

Can I make changes after the setup is complete? Yes! I set up your system in a way that allows you to easily make adjustments as your practice evolves. If you need ongoing support or additional customisations, I also offer tailored support packages (subject to availability).

What do you need from me to get started? I’ll send you a checklist of key details, such as practitioner information, service types, and any existing templates you'd like included. If you’re unsure about anything, we can go through it together on a call.
